1. Read carefully the reviewer comments. Update your paper addressing all the issues raised by the reviewers.

   2. Use IEEE Template for preparing your paper in DOC format. Add the following copyright notice to the bottom left of the first page of your source document:

  You can download the IEEE Template here:
   https://udaipur.hosting.acm.org/ictbig2016/papersubmission.htm .Save your paper as ictbig||paperID (for example if your paper ID is 25, save the paper as ictbig25).
 
  3. Convert your paper in PDF format using IEEE PDF eXpress Website. The instructions for creating PDF using PDF eXpress is given below in this page.
   Read these instructions carefully. Send the PDF of the Camera Ready Paper at ictbig@sait.ac.in.

  4. Pay paper registration fee as mentioned in the registration page of conference website. If any co-authors want to attend the conference, they will have to register themselves in the participant category. Send your payment receipt at ictbig@sait.ac.in.

   5. Go on the registration page of conference website and fill all the details of paper, author, and the payments.
  

  PDF eXpress Instructions for Authors

   Before Creating a PDF

   • Add the following copyright notice to the bottom left of the first page of your source document:

    If necessary, contact Rashid Sheikh at rashid.sheikh@sait.ac.in for the appropriate copyright notice.

   • Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

 

  Creating your PDF eXpress Account

   Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site- http://www.pdf-express.org/

      First-time users should do the following:
   
     1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.

     2. Enter the following:

        •38696X for the Conference ID
        •your email address
        •a password (choose a password for the site)

    3. Continue to enter information as prompted.An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
    Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

    Contacting PDF eXpress Support

    Access the Publications Support Center at https://supportcenter.ieee.org/app/answers/list/p/12  for IEEE PDF eXpress.

    If you do not find an answer in the Find Answers tab, go to the Ask A Question tab. Your question will be forwarded to IEEE PDF Support and answered within 3 business days.
